Michael has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and is passionate about people, culture and performance.
He has held various roles in banking and finance specialising in project management, customer design, business analysis and business coaching. Prior to joining the finance industry he was a Queensland Police officer, working in remote communities and as a police prosecutor. Since joining Centrepoint Alliance he has worked closely with the principals of many firms to help them to grow their businesses, improve their work/life balance and to help them with mergers, acquisitions and succession plans.
